Lung Sheng Foods Freezer Co., LTD. is a professional manufacturer of surimi refining products; the main products are diversified Japanese hot pot ingredient. It has been established more than 30 years, and "Kawashima" brand product has been selling in every large traditional market in Taiwan and in related business access. In recent years, the company in order to increase competitiveness, continue to invest in the human resource and funds to enhance the factory equipment and the environment, and commit to improving product quality, strengthen the management of food safety and sanitation, therefore pass through a number of certification (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP). From now on will strive to open up domestic and foreign markets to meet a variety of consumer’s demand and expectations, expect to become the ideal leading brand for hot pot ingredients.

In 1985
Lung Sheng Foods Freezer Co., LTD was established in Longde Industrial Zone, Suao, Yilan, which is mainly engaged in processing frozen fish products and has adequate refrigeration storage equipments due to the fishing port near Su’ao and Nan’ao (the northeastern shore of Taiwan).

Since 1989
We committed to a variety of surimi refining products research and development, and to manufacture Japanese-style hot pot ingredients as the main business.

Since 1990
We imported a variety of production equipments from abroad, and gained access to the production technology from Japan to gradually expand the scale of the production.

In 1990-1991
We developed a variety of small packaging products, including the crab stick, shrimp ball, bamboo wheel, fish board, and dried shellfish crisp. All products are highly praised in the market.

Since 1993
We started further development of large packaging products, making Kawashima Hot Pot Ingredients own a place in the traditional market.

In 1995
We established the rapid refrigeration equipments to improve product quality; significantly reduce poor chemical changes.

In 1999
We imported vacuum beating equipment from Japan, to enhance fry product and filling production lines, and to develop product diversity.

In 2006
The whole environment modification, and we introduced HACCP into each production line to strengthen food safety management.

In 2014
We enhanced the food safety management mechanism of the factory, modified the environmental facilities and moving lines in the factory, introduced food safety management system into the factory and obtained SGS certification for FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP.

Renovation of the company management department area, improved the work efficiency of the staff and prepare for the future business expansion, and create a more comfortable office environment.

Introduced multi-functional automatic packaging machine that can provide different small packaging styles to meet the diversified product packaging and various customization requirements to enhance the company's diversified development competitiveness.
